The Trocadéro (from where the photo was taken), site of the Palais de Chaillot, is an area of Paris, across the Seine from the Eiffel Tower. |

Sorry, did not look for an text in Italian, you will find it with ease....
1: All photographers are, beyond any doubt, sole copyright owners to their photos. Therefore sharing is highly forbidden, unless the copyright owner accepts every single share.
2: Also, photos of large pieces of art/light installations can be published (by the owner of the photo) on a private basis, that means by a person (rather than a company) on a non-commercial website.
To me it is unclear what that exactly means. As I understand it, limited (in size) and "loyal" (non-satirical, non-experimental) reproduction from public accessibleare ARE allowed. But I could have gotten it wrong...
Apparently, one can search for ones own photos (to see if they have been "lifted" off and used on other websites) through Google pictures. In "upload picture" place your picture, and if there is a match somewhere on the net, it may show...Take care, you might end up very mad:-)
